Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Items are made to order and then shipped worldwide from our factories. Estimated delivery times are 10–20 business days depending on your location and local customs processing.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over £60. Orders below £60 will be charged a shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Rebel Gear is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 25 days, please contact us so we can investigate.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
